Good questions
Water purification, answered.

It depends on your water source and what the water is used for. We test the supply first — borehole, municipal or rainwater — then recommend the right combination of filtration, softening, reverse osmosis or disinfection. We never specify before we've seen the water.
Filtration removes sediment, taste, odour and particles. Reverse osmosis goes much further, forcing water through a membrane that also removes dissolved salts, minerals and contaminants for the highest drinking-water purity. Many systems combine both.
Yes. Borehole water varies by site, so we test for iron, hardness, acidity and bacteria, then build a package that may include iron removal, pH correction, filtration and UV or ozone disinfection. We also supply and service borehole and booster pumps.
Yes. We stock genuine cartridges, membranes, UV lamps and spares for most systems and can service, repair or upgrade equipment regardless of who installed it.
It depends on your water quality and usage. As a guide, sediment and carbon cartridges are typically changed every 6–12 months and RO membranes every 2–3 years. We'll give you a service schedule specific to your system.
RO does remove dissolved minerals along with contaminants. Where desired, we can add a remineralisation stage to reintroduce beneficial minerals and improve taste. We'll advise based on your water and preference.
Yes. We design and build turnkey purification for water bottling plants for resale — feed treatment, RO, UV and ozone disinfection and final polishing — plus ongoing service and consumables.
