Why we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, quote on work, and arrange any site visit or service you ask for. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
How it's processed
Our website is a static site hosted on a secure platform. Enquiry form submissions are processed by our hosting provider's form service and delivered to us by email. Data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to deal with your request and for reasonable business and legal record-keeping, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, contact us using the details below and we'll action your request.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts and may register a service worker to enable offline use. No personal profiling takes place.
